OK been a while since i have been on here so lets see if i can get things caught up.

Did my P3 stabilization.  Started my 2nd round of hCG on the 6th. did loading on the 6th, 7th, and 8th. Load weight was 180.

i had some problems last week. couldn’t seem to get things going. but i think i finally got it all figured out.  Hoping to be at 165 (at least) by the end of this round of hCG. But i would like to push for 155.

I wish i had found this stuff a few months earlier. Im going to sakuracon the 2-4th, and although im MUCH smaller than when i was there last year. i wish i was at my goal. but im doing good. next year for sure ill be going. and ill have time to put together a cosplay for the first time. but since ive still got a while, i at least would like to be in the position to wear a pair of spiffy pants i have planned for sakuracon by then. they button, but are way snug. i think i can be in a wearable position by sakuracon as long as i dont get any more stalls.

I did a strength training class today, which you know, being strength training SUCKED. but i would like to do that 1-2X a week to help myself along. the cardio exercises are nice, but i think i need to work on toning with this more, otherwise all the work my body is doing burning calories 24/7 will leave me with flabby bits.

HOWDY!!!

I started phase 3 a little while ago, I have to make this a shorter than typical phase 3 because of some timing issues with my hCG. So i will only be on this phase for 2 weeks instead of 3. ordered my next set of hCG and am waiting on that. i think i will probably continue by doing half rounds, 23 days. my best results were about the first half of my last round. so taking that into consideration i will do 23 day rounds from now on. a little easier for me to manage the money and easier (i hope) to stay on task . Had some slip ups with food, but i have manage a GLORIOUS 20 lb loss since mid january. 1 month and 20lbs down!!!

Im supposed to increase my calories SUBSTANCIALLY for this round, here is the guide im using, condensed and put into english by another hCG user:

1. Don’t go ballistic your first day. Sneak up on the 2500 calories (or more). Add only one new food per day. This way you can find if there are any foods you are sensitive to which will cause a gain. And when adding a new food…just a small amount….(example..don’t eat an entire can of olives like I did on my day 3 of p3)

2. Find out your calorie limit…Women..11x current weight, Men 12x current weight Example.me…woman..I weigh 160 …times 11=1760 calories as my limit. (I personally don’t agree with this…I wanted to set my metabolism as high as possible and ate more…but sneaking up on it I agree with)

3. Week 1 of p3, work your way up to 800-1000 calories a day. No sugar, no starch, and low carb…you CAN eat fruits..but careful which ones…no melons or bananas
Recommended things for the FIRST week of p3:
Stop fruits and breadsticks first week
Have cream in your coffee if you like…continue lots of water
Add Salmon, trout, shrimp scampi.
Use butter, oil, or cooking spray in the frying pan
Add a small breakfast like an egg or 2…like a 2 egg omelette..load it up.
Change the proteins to 6-8oz per meal. Example:
Lunch..protein, small salad, real dressing, veggies of choice…
Salad can be mixture of favorite things…no sugar..nor starch
Dinner…Same as lunch. Protein, salad, veggies
Try to eat a little at each meal and get a mid morning and afternoon snack.

REINTRODUCE ONE NEW FOOD PER DAY ONLY. If you add several items at once and you have a food intolerance, you will not know which food caused it. A food intolerance will show itself as a weight gain the following day. If you have a weight gain you must remove from your diet all new food items added that day and reintroduce them one at a time so you know which items you are intolerant to. An intolerance will not go away except by specialized therapies. That food item must be eliminated from the diet forever to heal the digestive system and keep weight issues under control.

You do not develop a food intolerance in P2. Rather, the clean eating of the 4-6 weeks allows the body to start to repair itself from previous damage. The body will react to the intolerance dramatically with swelling and inflammation which registers as a weight gain.

Week 2:
Increase calorie count to 12-1500 calories per day by adding more veggies. May some soups, cheese, peanut butter, nuts, other low carb type foods

Week 3:
Work your way up to your total calorie limit. 5-6 little meals a day. 3 main meals plus snacks between.

Weigh every day. Anything over 2 lbs above ldw/liw..is a steak day

i had a gain yesterday, a substancial one… but im going to give it a day. i cut out the agave i had yesterday, and drinking more. its either one of three things i think: TOM, i didnt drink enough and was in minor dehydrated pain this morning at weigh in, or i had some yogurt at my bf’s parent’s place and forgot to check for sugar (16 grams of sugar there).

been getting my butt kicked at the gym at least an hour each day 5-6 times a week OUUUUUUUCH!

AND if all goes as planned ill be walking more, im trying to adopt a Corgi, and they have to be walked daily. so motivation and a new friend!

So, today was my father’s surprise bday party. I got to the place a bit early and requested just some chicken cooked without oil, and a green salad with balsamic vinegar. it was good. (had some issues with the cost of a chicken breast and plain salad - they fixed it but had tried to charge me $17 for it!) it was mildly disappointing watching everyone eat food i know is food at one of my favourite places, while i ate so plainly. but i did get a lot of compliments on how im looking.

Im going to a brunch tomorrow with my boyfriend at his grandmothers. som not sure how that will pan out… guess we will have to wait and see.

P2D22 (MINI CHALLENGE FOR ME)

SO! i have this pair of pants hiding in my closet. still have the tags on them, been tried on numerous times, but never worn. i got them 3? 4? years ago? and they have been in there mocking me. they are only a 15/16 but they are smaller than any other pair of 15’s or 16’s i own. Im DIEING to wear them. Well i ran across them while unpacking last night, set them in the dryer to freshen them then layed them out. i found them this morning, and thought, i guess its time to do this again and try em on…. MY THIGHS FIT PERFECTLY IN THEM! but they are just bit snug on my tummy. i COULD wear them out and about but i dislike pants being tight on my stumach, especially with the thought of them rubbing against the injection spot. so im laying them down till saturday. My dad is having a big bday party he doesnt know about yet on saturday.

SO my goal is, to be to my first goal or 175 on saturday. As of today i am 180.5lbs. that is a total of 15.5 lbs down. Im going to bust my butt and see if i cant make it fit into these jeans by saturday. thats (gets calculatory) 1.6-1.8lb loss a day for the next three days. I lost 1.5 yesterday, and 1 today, so lets see if i can kick it into gear and get those a bit higher.

My plan of attack i think is going to be protein only days. I dislike doing them, but i can do them. i just dislike looking at an even smaller plate of food is all. So i cut out 1 on my fruit, my melba, and most if not all of my veggie. i could do this for today and tomorrow at least, not sure id push it into 3 days. Last time i did one i lost 2.2lbs a day.

My next goal is to kick it into gear and get my daily weight loss average up. i want to end this with a lb a day average if i can. So after i meet my goal saturday of 175, that will put me at 21lbs lost in 24days. At this time i have an average loss of .70 a day. If i keep on track of getting 1.5 losses a day ill be on track for 1 lb a day by day 30. if i get at least a little more than 1lb a day i should be pretty stinking close by my final day. my average loss is still very high for women, so im still proud, i just like setting my goals high to keep me occupied.

So im all back on track i think. Did some moving. gotta start working tuesday. Just doing busy work for my mum, in exchange for using her office resources to find my own job. Having some difficulties with being at my parents. its hard for me not having my own set of groceries and knowing what all is available, and looking into a kitchen with tons of food ive given up for my own good is hard. at least when it was just me and my bf i knew where to avoid foods, and very little of it being tempting. Now i have the issue of ice cream, take out, candy, and all that junk. and sitting down at a dinner table with my meager meal and they having something hearty looking, and deliciously wrong. even my mum who eats about as much as i do (which is little) eats what they do and does fine.

WELL beyond all that concern. i seem to be doing alright. had a salad tonight, with balsamic seasoned tofu. Was very good, only was able to eat about half of it. im saving the rest for tomorrow. i uped my dosage to 225IU, (1) so i could use all that i have of my hCG, if i dont ill have some left over, about 6 doses will go to waste. and (2) to see if i cant help myself along and feel full. i dont eat to have food, i eat to be nourished, but i would like to have the feeling of full that i know a lot of people on this get when they eat.

I went and got myself a better fitting pair of jeans. i’ve either stretched them out or they simply became to big for me, the thighs were so baggy that i thought i looked trashy wearing them. they say theyre the same size but they are definately a different brand, so i may be wearing a smaller size but just cant tell yet. im anxious for the jeans i have stashed in my closet to fit.

SCALE FAIL

OK so i moved back in with my family to try and get a new start on things. i was without my scale for several days, oh so sore from moving boxes for about 3 days, 11 hours of cleaning, and then suddenly about ready to start crying when i DID get on the scale. i got here got on my wii fit once it was finally back up… and it tells me ive put on 12 lbs. . . well i thought i just did something wrong that number is off what ever. tried the next day… same thing. so i hopped on my moms scale. it says im lighter than the wii fit tells me, but still higher than i thought i was. tried it with another scale and its about .5 off the other scale so im going to say the wii fit is a bust.

ALTHOUGH it is sad for me to see im not yet under the 180 mark, i feel better knowing that the results im seeing are right on with my weight now. i was feeling depressed that altho i was seeing a 170 range weigh in i was not seeing that result on me. the 182 i got is far more realistic to me. but, im almost out of the 180 still, im very close. i recalled weighing in befor i startd my regime on that scale, and it told me i was about 196. so im going to set that as my original weight. its ok with me. but it looks like i dumped some lbs working my ASS off moving.

I guess we will see how things transpire now that i know what my real weight is. i feel a bit more at ease even if those numbers are a bit higher.

DOWN 11! 5 from my first small goal! and 13 from leaving the obese category! *dancey dancey*

Despite my mini victory, im not looking forward to the upcoming month(s). Having to move back in with my family for a while. get myself financial stable and find a new place. I was glad to move out going back annoys me. But, i am grateful for the chance to get things in order. I hope this doesnt hinder my weight loss. my family doesn’t eat terribly well.
